Short Treatment

The patient should be seated on a chair:

1^st position: Hands on the shoulders

2^nd Position: Hands on the temples

3^rd Position: One hand on the medulla oblong and the other on the third eye chakra

4^th Position: One hand on the seventh vertebrate and the other on the throat chakra

5^th Position: One hand on the front heart chakra and the other on the back heart chakra

6^th Position: One hand on the front solar plexus and the other on the back solar plexus

7^th Position: One hand on the front hara and the other on the back hara.

8^th Position: Hands on the Root chakra

9^th Position: Hands on the Knees (if space allows)

10^th Position: Hands on the Feet (if space allows)
